Cave à brandy ou liqueur anglaise d'époque victorienne, deuxième moitié du XIXe siècle. Elle est recouverte de palissandre et habillée de filets, de garnitures laiton et du monogramme HP. Elle ouvre par son dessus sur 4 carafes cristal dont une égrenée et une trop grande remplacée, un tiroir contenant 15 verres en cristal taillé en bon état. Prévoir une clé et la reprise du placage. Hauteur 29,5 cm, section 22,8 cm.

Victorian tantalus or liquor cabinet with 4 decanters and 15crystal glasses in rosewood box enhanced with brass inlayed and monogram HP made during the second half of the 19th century.11 5/8" 29.5cm) height, 9" (22.8cm) by side, weight 17lbs 14,17oz (8,113 kilograms). The decanters are engraved with the same numbers on the lid. One decanter is not original and lightly higher than the others so the wooden case doesn't close perfectly when this decanter is inside. The 3 original decanters have small chips, some base of the glasses have tiny chips. The rosewood case is in good condition, the key and one glass are missing as shown by the following pictures.
