For our English-speaking friends: Tumbler or cup in French porcelain with hand painted flowered garlands and ribbons with gilt borders made probably by Sevres factory during the end of the 19th century. Perfect condition. It's signed on the back. 3 1/2" high and 3 1/2" diameter.
