French hand wrought iron pair andirons, fire dogs, made by SIEIS during the second half of the 19th century. One is signed on the back. 27" (68.5cm) height, 15" (38cm) width to the base, 28" (71cm) depth, weight 37lb 7,65oz (17 kilograms). Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
