Antique french hand painted faience scalloped plate showing flowers and foliage with blue sponging border made probably in Epinal East of France late 18th century. 9" (22.8cm) diameter, 1 1/8" (3cm) depth. 2 hairlines and a few tiny chips as shown by the following pictures.
