French sterling silver ciborium, Holy Oil, made by A Renain silversmith in Paris during the 1820's, French Empire area. It's hallmarked with the head of Old Man, french sterling silver guarantee (1819-1838), and the silversmith stamp. 4 1/2" (11.5cm) height, weight 2.222oz (63 grams). Good condition tiny bumps on the base as shown by the following pictures.
